Any capitalized terms that are not defined in this Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.

As explained further in this section, we will collect certain of your personal information from you or third parties. In addition, we may collect certain personal information automatically through your use of the Services.

Automatically Collected Information
Whenever you interact with the Services, whether as a Creator, Shopper, or Website visitor, we automatically receive and record certain Internet or other electronic network activity information on our server logs from your browser or device. This may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, cookie identifiers, how you came to the Services, the amount of time spent on the Services, the page or feature you requested (including Creator Social Media Content you click on), and other information collected via cookies.
You can learn more about our use of cookies and related technologies in our Cookie Policy. We use the data we automatically collect from you to provide and improve the Services. For example, we provide aggregate statistics to Creators about interactions with their Social Media Content through the Services. We collect this information to perform our contract with Creators, for our legitimate interest of providing a smooth user experience on the Services, and with your consent with respect to information collected through cookies and similar technologies that aren’t essential for our performance of the Services.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personnel and Third-Party Service Providers
We employ personnel and engage other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your personal information with them to provide products or services to you. For example, we use a third-party payment processor to process payments on our behalf, so if you purchase a Subscription, the payment processor will have access to the relevant personal information identified above. As another example, all data that we receive is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services.
Meta Marketing (Pixel Feature)
GoToLinks and certain Creators may enable the Meta Pixel on the Services (GoToLinks on its Website; Creators on their individual Grids). The Meta Pixel is a code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that may collect information about visitors, including IP address, device and browser information (such as operating system, referrer URL, and cookie identifiers), pages viewed, and actions taken on a Creator’s Grid. This information is sent directly to Meta.
- GTL’s Use. When GTL enables the Pixel on its own Website, we may use the resulting data to improve our advertising and measure campaign performance.
- Creators’ Use. When a Creator enables the Pixel on their Grid, they may use the resulting data in their Meta Ads Manager account to measure conversions and build advertising audiences. GTL does not access or store Pixel data collected on behalf of Creators.
- Meta’s Use. Meta may use the information it receives for its own purposes, including improving its advertising products, in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.
- Consent / Opt-Out. In the EU/UK, the Meta Pixel is only activated after you provide consent through our cookie banner, and the lawful basis for processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. For California residents, the use of the Meta Pixel may constitute a “share” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You may opt out at any time by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer or by adjusting your cookie preferences.
- Ad Preferences. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at this page.
Analytics Services
We use analytics services like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to understand how visitors engage with our Services. You can learn more about the information that Google has access to at this website.
Anonymous Information
We may de-identify your personal information so that you are not identified as an individual, and share that information with third parties (including Creators).
Business Transfers
If we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, personal information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Legal Compliance
We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary to comply with governmental requests, law enforcement or court orders, or enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements.
California Residents Under 16 Years of Age
California law requires us to confirm whether we have actual knowledge that we sell or “share” the personal information of users under 16 years of age, as those terms are defined under California law. Our Platform is only intended to be used by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not have any actual knowledge that we are processing the personal information of individuals who are under 16 years of age.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We may transfer the personal information of users from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom to the United States. When doing so, we rely on adequacy decisions, data transfer agreements, or other legally compliant mechanisms for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses. You can ask for a copy of these standard contractual clauses by contacting us as set out below.
Where the Meta Pixel is enabled, information collected may be transferred directly by Meta from the EU/UK to the United States. Such transfers are subject to Meta’s own transfer safeguards as described in its Privacy Policy.
SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. In addition, we rely on the technical safeguards provided by the third-party service providers we use to host, store, and process your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant that your personal information on the Services may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
